MultiCut™ Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl 20"

MultiCut Reflective is a type of vinyl material that can be used to create designs or lettering on various fabrics or textiles through a heat transfer process. It is specially designed to reflect light and increase visibility in low-light conditions, making it ideal for use on safety gear, athletic wear, and other types of clothing that require high visibility.

Offered in 3 different materials, MultiCut Reflective can be applied to different types of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. It is an excellent way to add a safety feature to clothing while also creating a stylish design.

Hints & Tips
  • Cutting Notes
    You should always test cut prior to any production run. Cutter settings may need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering & logos.
  • Care Instructions
    Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not iron directly onto this material.  Wash Temperature should not exceed 140F
  • Storage
    MultiCut Lustre Reflective Eco has an indefinite shelf life when stored at room temperature. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight, and humidity. Keep backing free of dust and other particles

**For Nylon, use reflective nylon.

Imaging Instructions

Reflective/ Reflective Eco

Press Time: 15 sec.
Temperature: 310-330F (155-165C)
Pressure: Medium
Suggested Blade: 45 degree
Suggested Force: 160gf
Peel: Warm
Wash Temp.: Up to 140F (60C )
  1. Feed material into the cutter so that the matte side is face up.

  2. Design and cut your graphic in reverse (mirror image).

  3. Weed away excess material using tweezers or weeding tool.

  4. Preheat your fabric and position weeded image on a shirt with Glossy side face up.

  5. Heat press the material onto the shirt. Press at 310-330F for 15 seconds. Use medium pressure.

  6. Peel Mylar backing warm.

  4. Preheat your fabric and position weeded image on a shirt with Glossy side face up.

  5. Heat press the material onto the shirt. Press at 295-300˚F (145-150˚C) for 3-4 seconds. Use Light- Medium pressure.

  6. Peel Mylar backing warm.

  7. Repeat steps 1-4 after cooling down.

  8.  Press at 295-300˚F (145-150˚C) for 10-15 seconds. Use Light- Medium pressure.
