program! This program rewards loyal customers for their purchases by offering
exclusive benefits across four tiers: Pro, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. The following
terms and conditions govern the program:

Eligibility and Enrollment

1. Customers must subscribe to the Joto Partnership Pro program to begin earning points and unlocking tier-based
rewards.

2. By enrolling in the program, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Tiers and Requirements

The program operates on a tiered system based on your spending within a 365-day period:

- Pro: Subscription required. Earn 1 point per $1 spent.

- Silver: Spending requirement of $5,000 to $19,999 annually. Earn 1 point per $1 spent.

- Gold: Spending requirement of $20,000 to $49,999 annually. Earn 2 points per $1 spent.

- Diamond: Spending requirement of $50,000+ annually. Earn 3 points per $1 spent.

Points are cumulative and reflect your total purchases over the specified period.

Benefits by Tier

1. Pro: Basic program access. No website pricing discounts.

2. Silver:

-Second-tier website pricing (greater savings compared to Pro).

 -1,000 prize points upon reaching the tier.

3. Gold:

 -Third-tier website pricing (greater savings compared to Silver).

-4,000 prize points upon reaching the tier.

4. Diamond:

 -Fourth-tier website pricing (greatest savings).

 -10,000 prize points upon reaching the tier.

Point Accumulation and Usage

1. Points are earned based on dollars spent (before taxes and shipping fees).

2. Points may only be redeemed once you have reached the respective tier’s threshold.

3. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Tier Evaluation and Adjustment

1. Your spending is evaluated over a rolling 365-day period.

2. If you do not meet the minimum spending requirement for your current tier within the 365 days, you will be demoted to the corresponding tier based on your actual spending.

3. Once demoted, you will retain your new tier status for the following 365-day evaluation period.

Additional Terms

1. Website Pricing: Discounts increase as you move to higher tiers (Silver, Gold, and Diamond).

2. Joto reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, including its terms, at any time with or without prior
notice.

3. Abuse of the program (e.g., fraudulent activity) may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of
points or benefits.
