8 Industrial-Grade Ricoh Printheads: Four channels for colour, two for white. These are the same class of industrial piezo heads used in commercial printing environments, not the film-type piezo heads found in consumer-grade equipment. The result is more reliable output, a longer service life, and consistent dot placement at high speeds.

4-Zone Independent Heater System: Drying DTF prints correctly requires precise, zone-specific heat. Each of the four heater zones operates independently so ink layers stay distinct, regardless of ink volume or substrate conditions.

Integrated Safety System: Monitors temperature, humidity, electrical performance, and mechanical status. If an irregularity is detected, the system pauses or stops. Headstrike prevention is built in: input and output guides keep film tracking straight, and the vacuum-enhanced print area prevents buckling.

LED Status Light and Audio Alarm: A bright status LED is visible from across the shop floor. If immediate attention is needed, the light blinks red and the alarm sounds.
