White vs. Black Powder

White DTF transfer powder is best for use with white or light-coloured garments. Black DTF transfer powder is best for use with black or dark-coloured garments — any stray adhesive blends in with the garment colour for a cleaner finish.

How DTF Transfers Work

Print your design onto DTF transfer film. Cover the wet ink with DTF adhesive powder and cure with heat. Heat press the finished transfer onto your garment or textile for a durable, vibrant result.

Safety and Handling

Work in a well-ventilated area and use protective equipment when handling DTF products. UNINET strongly recommends using a fume extractor during the curing process. Full body covering, respirator or N95 mask, goggles, and gloves are recommended to protect against airborne TPU adhesive powder prior to curing. Inhalation of TPU powder or fumes may be hazardous to health.

DTF equipment is intended for use in a commercial environment. DTF inks and film require a humidity level above 50% to minimise the risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
