This unit is compatible with all roll-to-roll DTF printers that use 17-inch wide media, including the UNINET DTF 1000, DTF 4300, and DTF Xpress base model. It is not required for the DTF Xpress / Integrated Shaker Bundle, which includes its own built-in curing system.

Dual Independent Heat Zones: Two separately controlled heat zones provide finer temperature regulation than single-zone shakers. Better heat control means more consistent curing across the full width of the film, including the edges where single-zone units tend to drop off.

Vacuum Belt Drive: The vacuum belt minimises friction and static build-up through the curing path. Static is one of the more common causes of powder clumping and inconsistent adhesion. The vacuum drive reduces that risk without requiring operator adjustment.
