The Geo Knight DK20A is the Auto-Release “Pop-Up” version of Geo Knight’s largest manual clamshell press. It delivers a semi-automatic feel without the need for an air compressor. Close the press as you normally would, and at the end of the digital timing cycle, the machine releases automatically for consistent, repeatable results and smoother production.

The Auto-Release upgrade also includes the HOVER feature. When the handle is lowered without fully clamping, the press hovers over the work—ideal for curing and specialty applications. Once the timer ends, the press releases automatically as usual.

Designed for efficient loading, the DK20A opens for full access to the lower table. The rear of the heat platen raises above and away from the bottom table, providing better access than many clamshell presses and reducing the chance of hand contact. The frame support allows operators to slide shirts over the table with full drape space around and underneath the loading area.

Interchangeable bottom tables for smaller pressing areas are available, making the DK20A a strong fit for shops that want flexibility. It’s also ideal for space-limited environments and for users who need more portability and mobility than heavier swing-away presses.
