Did you know that Joto has two warehouses to serve US customers? We have warehouses in Vancouver BC and Toronto ON. Having two warehouses allows Joto to have most shipments delivered within 2 business days We also offer international shipment, however, our international orders will be shipped from our Vancouver warehouse. We already provide high-quality products at Everyday Low Prices but to provide you with even more value we have subsidized your shipping rates. Our online freight calculator has been updated to reflect the new shipping costs. Place an order with us and see your new freight rates!

Order Pick Up

Joto offers a pick-up option from any of our warehouses. The following are our Terms and Conditions for Pick-Up services: All Pick-Up orders, placed before the cut-off times below, can be picked up with an appointment on the next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off can be picked up with an appointment on the second business day after 10 am.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped EX Warehouse - Vancouver BC and Toronto ON. Orders are shipped via FedEx on our website. We also offer Purolator/ Loomis to some locations.

If you have an account with another courier or freight company and would prefer to use them, please provide us with your account number and specific shipping instructions when you place an order.

 

Freight Cost

If you instruct us to arrange the shipment of your order, the total charges on your invoice will include the corresponding freight charges. Unless otherwise arranged, the total invoice amount including freight must be paid prior to shipping.

While our website is capable of calculating most shipping rates correctly, we do have some inconsistencies when it comes to heavy items like mugs or if shipping overnight. Therefore, we will need to adjust the shipping cost and will inform you of the cost change.

Please note, some items are only available in one of the warehouses, therefore, you will have the option to either split the order or ship everything to the same warehouse (if all items are available in that warehouse). Therefore, shipping costs may need to be adjusted.

FedEx charges about $2.00/ box for home deliveries, which we will need to manually add.

 

Goods Damaged in Transit

In rare instances where goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, inspect the damaged goods before signing for the shipment and if there are any broken goods, please state this on the BOL or courier tablet. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within 5 days following delivery of the goods. A damaged shipment must be received with damage noted on receipt of goods.

Please send photos of any broken items at the time of receipt to support@jotoimagingsupplies.com, include in your email the number of broken items and your order number.

Broken Mugs

We do our very best to pack sublimation mugs securely to reduce breakage in transit. Unfortunately, ceramic mugs are fragile and occasionally do arrive broken. In this case, Joto is unable to provide direct replacements but we are happy to apply a prorated credit in the form of “Partnership Plus Points” to your online account.

Please send photos of any broken items at the time of receipt to support@jotoimagingsupplies.com, include in your email the number of broken items and your order number.

Mugs and other breakable items will be credited in the form of “points” to your online account.

Home Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to track Joto's goods to their location. If you are unable to accept the package at the time of delivery and to avoid your package being lost, we advise you to sign up to FedEx Delivery Manager, which allows you to redirect the package to a nearby FedEx office. Once the package is marked "delivered" by the shipping company, Joto is not liable for any stolen or lost goods.

When it’s important for a shipment to get to its destination today, Joto provides same-day shipping for your convenience, which includes a variety of US-wide delivery options. However, we do have a certain cut-off time to ensure that our products are delivered to you safely and timely.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions Joto Imaging Supplies

  1. We have a Minimum Order Policy of $50.00, if the order is under $50.00, a $10.00 Handling Fee will be charged.
  2. Shipping time may vary due to daily volume. Please check shipping info under "support" for individual warehouse times.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect upon receipt of the order.
  4. Payment can be made using: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Certified Check, AMEX, or Bank Wire Transfer at time of order. Net 30 Terms may be established upon completion of our Credit Application.
  5. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on accounts with past balances.
  6. Trade show specials cannot be combined with other promotions.
  7. Epson, Sawgrass, Roland, Graphtec, Uninet printers, cutters, inks or toners are not eligible for the new customer 10% discount. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to Distributor or Volume pricing.

Sawgrass Black Friday Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Period: This Sawgrass Black Friday promotion is valid from November 1st until 11:59 pm on December 3rd, 2024. All orders must be placed within this period to be eligible for promotional pricing and offers.

  2. Limited Stock Availability: This promotion is offered only while supplies last. Items included in the promotion are subject to availability, and Joto Imaging Supplies reserves the right to limit quantities per customer.

  3. No Rainchecks: Due to high demand, no rainchecks or substitutions will be issued on out-of-stock items.

  4. Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified or combined with other promotions once submitted. Please review your order details before completing your purchase.

  5. Returns and Exchanges: Standard return policies apply to items purchased during the promotion. For further information, please refer to our return policy.

  6. Promotional Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special pricing.

    The liability of the manufacturer or distributor is limited to the replacement of any product which contains manufacturing defects. This warranty constitutes the sole liability of the manufacturer or distributor concerning the product and is instead of and excludes all other conditions, warranties, guaranties, obligations, rights, or representations whether express or implied, and whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. No representative of the manufacturer or distributor or any other person or entity has any authority to offer any other warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.

    Credit Card Authorization

    Joto Imaging Supplies is not only committed to providing you with excellent customer service and quality products but also is committed to providing you with a safe and easy purchasing experience. This includes protecting you as a customer and us as a business from credit card fraud. Our Fraud Prevention Team is hard at work to make sure that someone is not using your credit card fraudulently and/or trying to steal your identity in purchasing our apparel decoration equipment and supplies. When an order is flagged by our team as possible fraud (specifically if a billing and the requested shipping address don't match) you may be contacted by one of our representatives.

    One of the ways we can clear orders for shipment is by having you fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. We would like to get your order out to you as quickly as possible and know that an extra step may not always be convenient but do appreciate your assistance in preventing credit card fraud from occurring. Should one of our representatives request that you fill out a Credit Card Authorization form or if you know in advance that you'll need to fill one out, please feel free to download it from the link below. Thank you for helping us keep our business fraud-free. Additionally, once you verify the address the first time and complete an order, we will not bother you with these steps for any subsequent orders to the same address.     Joto Partnership Pro Terms and Conditions

    Program Terms and Conditions

    • To be eligible for Joto Partnership Pro, customers MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE
       OR OLDER, and must make a minimum of one (1) order from Joto Imaging
       Supplies within the current calendar year.

    Activity

    • Loyalty Program accounts will be identified by each customer's unique ID #.
    • Members will not receive a membership card.
    • To earn points, orders must be placed online.
    • Points are awarded based on the net total of the order. Points are not awarded on taxes.
    • Points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
    • Orders, where a Gift Card is used for payment, are not eligible to collect points or discounts.
    • No order earning points can be combined with any other discount offer.

    Redemption of Points

    • Points may be collected and saved year over year, providing the member has a minimum of one (1) qualifying online order
       within the calendar year.
    • When redeeming points, the Loyalty Program member must provide their unique membership number in writing.
    • Points may not be redeemed by anyone other than the member.
    • To redeem a specific reward, the member account must have the requisite amount of points at the time of the transaction.
    • When redeeming points, the Loyalty Program member will be given verification of points redeemed and product sent.
    •  On any order, points can be redeemed for over $50.00. Joto’s minimum order of $50.00 after redeeming points is required.

    Membership Cancellation

    Joto Partnership Pro reserves the right to terminate any Loyalty Program member’s account and revoke any and all unredeemed points for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
    • Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions;
    • Supplying false or misleading information, or misuse of this Loyalty Program;
    • Violation of any law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges;
    • Commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Loyalty Program;
    • Physical, verbal or written abuse of Joto Partnership Pro properties or personnel, or action in any other way to the detriment of Joto Imaging Supplies as determined by Joto Imaging Supplies at its sole discretion;
    • Accounts that are inactive or in poor standing for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant accounts and may be deleted without notice; and
    • A member may cancel membership at any time by contacting Joto Imaging Supplies.

    General Terms and Conditions

    • Joto Partnership Pro reserves the right, from time to time, to restrict, suspend or otherwise alter aspects of these Terms and Conditions with or without any prior notice to the members.
    • Any such changes will be shown in the Terms & Conditions at www.jotoimagingsupplies.ca/pages/terms-of-service and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. Joto Imaging Supplies will attempt to notify active members of major changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so and members will nevertheless be bound.
    • Points earned on an order that is subsequently returned will be deducted from the member’s account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction.
    • Selected equipment and select toners, inks, and consumables are excluded from earning points.

    All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are defective.

     

    Prior Authorization:

    All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Service department. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@jotoimagingsupplies.com to initiate the return process.

     

    Return Authorization Number (RAN):

    Upon approval, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided by our Customer Service team. This RAN must be displayed on the outside of the return package. Packages without a valid RAN will be refused.

     

    Authorized Returns - Non-Defective Goods:

    Authorized returns for goods other than defective items will be subject to a 10% restocking charge, in addition to the return freight cost.

     

    Goods Inspection and Discretion:

    Our policy, upon receipt of returned goods, is to inspect the items thoroughly. Joto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either replace defective goods or issue the appropriate credit. The decision will be made based on the condition of the returned items and the nature of the issue reported.

     

    Defective Goods:

    In the case of defective goods, we will promptly replace the items or issue the appropriate credit, as determined by our inspection process.

     

    Timeline for Returns:

    Please initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

     

    Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error made by Joto.

     

    Refund Processing Time:

    Refunds or credits will be processed within 5-10 Business Days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
