Sublimation Instructions

For best results, follow these recommended settings:

Press Position:

• Face down (transfer paper against the coaster)

Pad Setup:

• Use a Nomex pad or rubber pad
• Place the coaster on top of the pad to ensure even pressure and heat distribution

Heat Press Settings:

• Temperature: 365°F (185°C)
• Time: 380 seconds
• Pressure: Medium

Step-by-Step:

1. Print your design using sublimation ink and mirror the image if required.
2. Secure the transfer paper to the coaster using heat-resistant tape.
3. Place the coaster face down on a Nomex or rubber pad.
4. Press at 365°F for 380 seconds with medium pressure.
5. Carefully remove from the press and allow the coaster to cool before handling.
6. Peel off the transfer paper once cooled.

Tips for Best Results:

• Make sure the surface is clean and dust-free before pressing
• Do not stack coasters while hot
• Always test one unit before full production runs

• Recommended press settings: 360–400°F for 180–210 seconds, medium pressure (adjust as needed)
