I ordered six cases of coasters with Pearl Coating. Nowhere on the sales page did it specify whether the surface was matte or glossy. Since I had purchased other products from Joto and was satisfied, and each time the Pearl Coating was glossy, I expected a glossy finish.

After sublimating a few coasters, I intentionally slid a coffee cup across the surface to test their durability. Unfortunately, every slide left visible streaks. In short, these matte-finished coasters are unsellable.

After some back-and-forth, I was able to get a refund for the unused coasters. However, even after pointing out to the representative that their sales page didn't specify a matte finish, they charged me a 10% restocking fee and I also had to pay for return shipping.

I am very disappointed with this product and the way my concerns were handled. Therefore, I do not recommend this product for resale.
