BT System reduces paper misfeeds for more stable printing

GELJET BT system adopts electrostatic transfer belt technology used in laser printers, combining it with paper feed conveyance used for inkjet printers, optimized into a new conveyance system.
Paper adheres perfectly to the belt, propelled forward by the belt conveyance system, overcoming the weakness of inkjets that tends to cause paper jams, for stable printing at 3 mm margins.

ECOnomy Color Mode cuts printing costs

Ricoh’s innovative ECOnomy Color mode distinguishes between text and images. Text is printed at normal density, leaving print crisp and easy to read, while reducing ink usage for graphics and images. ECOnomy Color Mode is an effective way to keep printing costs down by printing with less ink than usual for about the same cost as black-and-white output.
