One Machine, Two Ways to Print
The xTool O1 Omni Printer puts print, cut, and decorate capability into a single desktop unit. It handles UV printing on rigid substrates, UV DTF stickers and transfers, and fabric decoration, depending on the edition you run. We carry two configurations built around how you actually work: the Dual-Head UV Edition for rigid material specialists chasing advanced color and neon effects, and the UV + DT Fabric Edition for shops that need rigid and apparel printing from the same machine.
Both editions share the same core engine: dual Epson F1080 print heads, 720 x 1440 dpi resolution, a Pixel-scan positioning system accurate to plus or minus 0.2 millimeters, and a texture library with more than 2,000 finishes for embossed effects up to 7 millimeters deep. Where they differ is ink configuration and what materials they're built to run.

Which Edition Fits Your Shop
If your work is rigid goods (acrylic, wood, leather, canvas) and you want the widest color range available, including fluorescent red and yellow for effects standard CMYK cannot produce, the Dual-Head UV Edition is built for that lane. The flexible white and rigid white channels also give you more control over opacity on dark or clear substrates.
If your shop needs to move between rigid products and apparel without a second machine, the UV + DT Fabric Edition adds a dedicated DTG platen and a fabric ink set (CMYKWW) alongside the same UV capability. You give up fluorescent printing, but you gain direct-to-garment output on cotton and polyester from one footprint. Shops running mixed product lines (drinkware and apparel, or signage and tees) tend to fit here.
Neither edition is the better machine in general. They're built for different production mixes. Match the edition to what you print most.
What Both Editions Include
Regardless of which edition you run, the O1 Omni gives you:
- Pixel-scan alignment for accurate registration on irregular and pre-printed surfaces
- G7 certified color output for consistent, repeatable results across jobs
- A texture library of more than 2,000 finishes for embossed and lenticular effects
- Auto white ink stirring, circulation, and printhead moisture protection to cut daily maintenance
- App based remote cleaning and control
- Compatibility with xTool laser machines for combined print, engrave, and cut workflows
Both editions also accept the same accessory ecosystem: the OR1 Rotary Attachment for cups and ornaments, the LM1 Laminator for UV DTF stickers and foil finishes, and the RF1 Roll Feeder for continuous roll material printing.
