Printing Compatibility:
- Tumbler presses with a 40oz element and Convection oven.
- Convection oven with shrink sleeve (recommended: P-SUB-SF-235300 - W 9.25" x H 11.81")
Sublimation Instructions – Mug Press:
- Remove lid before pressing
- Wrap transfer around tumbler and secure with heat tape
- Set press to 360°F (182°C) for 120 seconds with medium pressure
- Rotate tumbler 180° and press for another 120 seconds
- Remove carefully with heat-resistant gloves and perform a hot peel
- Allow to cool on a flat surface, do not immerse in water
Sublimation Instructions – Convection Oven:
- Remove lid before decorating
- Secure transfer with heat tape and place tumbler inside recommended shrink sleeve (W 9.25" x H 11.81" / P-SUB-SF-235300)
- Use a heat gun to conform shrink sleeve evenly
- Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 6 minutes
- Carefully remove with heat gloves, peel film and transfer while hot
- Cool naturally on a flat surface to protect Pearl Coating™ and vacuum insulation
